What is this kind of coaching?
It’s a different kind of conversation. Rather than focusing on techniques, strategies, or analysing your past,
this approach points to a simple understanding of how our experience of life is created from the inside out.
As that becomes clearer, people often find that things begin to shift naturally— without needing to “fix” themselves.
What are the Three Principles?
They’re a simple way of describing how our moment-to-moment experience is created.
-
Thought – the constant flow of thoughts we experience
-
Consciousness – what brings those thoughts to life so they feel real
-
Mind – the deeper intelligence behind our natural clarity and wellbeing
You don’t need to study or fully understand them for this to be helpful. What matters is what you begin to see for yourself.
How is this different from traditional coaching or therapy?
Most approaches focus on:
-
Changing your thinking
-
Managing emotions
-
Solving problems through strategies
This is less about doing… and more about seeing. As your understanding of how your experience is being created deepens, your relationship with your thoughts naturally changes— and with that, your feelings and responses tend to shift too.
Do you give advice or tell me what to do?
No. I won’t tell you what decisions to make about your life— whether that’s relationships, work, or anything else.
Only you can know what’s right for you.
What I offer is a space where you can begin to see things more clearly, so your own insight and judgement can guide you.
What kinds of issues can you help with?
People come to me with all sorts of things, including:
-
Anxiety and overthinking
-
Feeling stuck or lost
-
Stress and overwhelm
-
Low confidence or self-doubt
-
Relationship challenges
-
Parenting struggles
But rather than focusing on the specific problem, we look at the deeper understanding behind how your experience is being created.
How many sessions will I need?
There’s no fixed number. For some people, something shifts quite quickly.
For others, it unfolds more gradually. We simply take it one conversation at a time.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No.
You don’t need to have the “right” words or a clear explanation of what’s going on.
You can just come as you are, and we’ll begin from there.
Is this done online or in person?
Sessions are usually held online, which gives you flexibility and comfort.
If you live within a reasonable traveling distance of South Brent, Devon, I would be happy to offer face-to-face sessions.
Is this suitable if I’m really struggling?
If you’re going through a difficult time, you’re very welcome to reach out.
This approach can be helpful even when things feel intense or overwhelming, because it points to something steady underneath the noise of those experiences.
If needed, we can also explore together whether additional support would be helpful alongside coaching.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical support?
No. This isn’t a substitute for medical advice or mental health treatment.
If you’re currently under the care of a GP or therapist, this can sometimes sit alongside that support.
What happens on the first call?
It’s simply a relaxed, informal conversation.
We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, and you’ll get a feel for how I work.
There’s no pressure or expectation— just a chance to explore whether this feels like a good fit.
How do I get started?
If this resonates with you, the next step is simple.
